Packages are delivered to our U.S. warehouse and placed on the next flight to Jamaica.

Will my shipment be eligible for custom duties?

Shipments with an invoice value of $100 USD and over are eligible to be charged customs duties. If the overall cost of your package, including shipping expenses, exceeds this limit, you may face customs duties.

Which days do you ship?

We ship on Mondays and Thursdays, once packages arrive at our US warehouse before 11 AM on shipment days.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery starts at $500 JMD for up to 20 lbs. After 20 lbs, it’s an additional $50 JMD per lb. Once your packages have cleared customs, log in to your account and choose "Pay Online" to schedule delivery.

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately, we do not ship from Jamaica. Returns are not available.

What information do I need to collect a package at your office?

All you need is a valid ID, or a signed letter authorizing someone else to collect the package on your behalf.

Do all branches do delivery?

No. Only our Kingston and St. Catherine branches offer delivery. For St. Thomas and Clarendon branches, only pickup is available.

What happens if my package is damaged or lost during shipping?

We take great care in shipping your items. If a package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

How long does my package take to reach Jamaica?

Packages typically take 3–5 business days, barring airline delays.

What are the opening hours for Miami Warehouse?

The Miami Warehouse is open Monday–Friday (local time). Shipments arriving outside of these hours will be reattempted the next business day.

After my package arrives in Jamaica, how long until storage fees start?

Storage fees begin after 10 days of holding your package. After that, a fee of $100 JMD per day applies.

How soon do I get a notification after my package is delivered in Miami?

It can take 24–48 hours for your package to be processed and updated into the system.

Does Krackers Express have a US telephone number for the shipping address?
